Dominick Ciccarelli Jr. is a New York City based Entrepreneur with a strategic portfolio of business experience spanning the Construction, Architectural, and Real Estate industries.
Dominick holds an Architectural degree from the New York Institute of Technology and is currently an Associate at Think Design Architecture, the largest Architectural firm in Staten Island, with offices located in St. George and also the Financial District in downtown Manhattan. Think Design boasts an impressive clientele of Residential, Commercial, and Corporate work across the tri-state area. Some local work includes Enoteca Maria, Crafthouse, and James Carozza’s Cookie Jar on Forest Avenue and “A Piece of Cake” on New Dorp Lane. National brands like Family Dollar, Gamestop, and Jennifer Lopez’s Viva Movil round out an expansive list of high profile clients.
Dominick has been a Licensed Asbestos Investigator in New York City and New York State for the last 10 years performing a critical service of inspecting buildings for Asbestos prior to any demolition or alteration.
With Dominick’s vast knowledge of Architecture and Construction, and his depth of relationships throughout the industry, he has created a niche in the real estate market here on Staten Island owning and developing many projects across our North and East shores.
In late 2013, post Hurricane Sandy, he co-founded and is currently President of The Construct Relief Foundation which is a 501c 3 Construction based non-profit organization dedicated to helping local Staten Islanders rebuild or modify their homes due to financial, medical, or other type of hardships.
Dominick is an active member of a number of professional and local organizations including the SIEDC, Associate member of the American Institute of Architects, North Shore Business Association, The Staten Island Executive Club, Casa Belvedere, and the Salaam Club of New York.
Dominick resides in the Huguenot area of Staten Island with his wife and 2 children.
